Mimar Alqimmah Contracting Company is looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Social Media & Content Creator Specialist to take full ownership of our digital presence.

What You'll Do:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content across all social media platforms.
- Visit project sites to capture professional photos and videos.
- Produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok & Shorts) and promotional content.
- Design creative social media posts, stories, and marketing materials.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Write compelling captions and optimize content for maximum engagement.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Instagram
- TikTok
- LinkedIn
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and implement fresh content ideas.
- Build a strong digital presence that showcases our projects, achievements, and company culture.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience running and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A valid driving license is preferred, as the role requires regular visits to project sites.
