We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow Lenme's affiliate ecosystem by building strong partnerships, improving performance, and driving new revenue through strategic collaborations.
- Grow affiliate revenue through new partnerships and marketplace integrations
- Manage day-to-day communication with affiliate partners
- Own and optimize Lenme's advertiser program on Impact
- Identify and launch new affiliate channels and platforms
- Negotiate deals, commission structures, and placements
- Monitor performance, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns
- Stay up to date with affiliate trends and opportunities
Requirement
- 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Impact, CJ, or similar
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset (comfortable with tracking, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
- Experience in fin-tech or marketplaces is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
