About Us

We are a marketing & Ai agency helping businesses scale through marketing, AI-driven chatbots, and data-led campaigns. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can manage full-funnel marketing campaigns, drive measurable results, and bring creative + analytical strength.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email, WhatsApp automation, and analytics platforms to drive consistent lead-generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn

Build audience segments, retargeting flows, and A/B tests

Monitor ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and deliver weekly insights

SEO & Content

Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning

Improve ranking and organic traffic using Semrush/Ahrefs

Coordinate blog topics, landing pages, and content briefs

Automation & CRM

Manage email and WhatsApp automation workflows (HubSpot/Zoho/Klaviyo/Brevo)

Create lead nurture journeys and retargeting sequence to improve lead quality and funnel conversion

Analytics & Reporting

Implement tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio

Build campaign performance dashboards

Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights

Creative Coordination

Work with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives

Ensure landing pages are aligned for CRO and lead quality

Who We're Looking For

  • 25 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns
  • Experience with UAE/GCC markets is a strong advantage
