The role, in one sentence You run TREVEX's marketing execution, so that it ships every week.

Marketing here stands on strong foundations: a defined brand and messaging framework, a fractional CMO setting direction, a trusted designer, a developer bench, and modern AI-assisted production tooling that takes the grind out of drafting, with human judgment and approval on everything that goes out. What we need now is the person who runs it day to day. You produce, route, schedule, verify and report. You are not being hired to invent a strategy; direction is set and will keep evolving with your input. You are being hired to make it visible in the market at a weekly cadence.

One thing to know before you apply: HubSpot sits at the heart of this role. Our CRM is the connective tissue between marketing, sales and the platform, and making it rich, current and working hard is one of the most important things you will do here. If HubSpot is not a tool you genuinely know your way around, this is not your role.

What you will own

• HubSpot, end to end: you are our CRM manager as much as our marketer. Data hygiene and enrichment, lists and segmentation, workflows, marketing emails, cold outreach sequences, nurture journeys for businesses already in the directory, and the reporting that tells us what is working. The portal must always be rich enough to answer a management question on demand.
• Copy production: draft web, campaign and product copy to our brand voice, using the production tooling we will train you on. Everything routes for approval; nothing publishes unapproved.
• Social pipeline: monthly content calendars, captions and on-image copy, designer briefs, and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Three posts a week, shipped.
• Lead generation: source, enrich and verify company lists on platforms like Apollo, and hand call-ready lists to our sales team weekly.
• SEO cycle: run the monthly sweep with our in-house toolkit, produce paste-ready change-sets for the developers, verify every change.
• Email: produce the newsletter and campaign sends from our templates and voice system.
• Content production ops: coordinate podcast post-production through our freelance route and repurpose episodes into channel-ready content.
• Reporting: a monthly shipped-and-performance summary. What went out, what moved, what is queued.

What this role is not Not a strategist (direction is set), not a designer (we have one we trust), not agency management. This is an operator seat: calendars kept, briefs complete, loops closed.

What success looks like The publishing cadence holds every week without a founder drafting copy. The nurture journeys run in HubSpot without manual sends, and the portal is rich enough that leadership reads pipeline from it, not from spreadsheets. The sales team never waits for a list. Zero brand violations in shipped work.

You

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on marketing execution, ideally B2B, fintech, SaaS or marketplace, in the UAE or GCC
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot. This is the core skill we are hiring for: you have personally built lists, workflows, marketing emails and reports, kept a portal clean, and can show it. Certification is nice; scars are better.
• Exceptional written English. You will be tested on writing.
• Fluent with AI tools in daily work. We use them to move fast, with people making every judgment call, and you should already work this way and be able to learn our setup quickly.
• Lead generation experience on Apollo or similar: sourcing, enrichment, verification.
• Working SEO literacy: titles, metas, schema, search intent.
• Based in Dubai or ready to be, on-site. Arabic is a plus.
