Digital Marketing Executive - UAE National

We are looking for a digital marketing professional to support campaigns for our residential and commercial developments across the UAE.

The role

You will support campaigns from concept through performance analysis and optimization, contributing to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns across social media, email, search, display, and content platforms
• Assist in creating and managing content calendars (social posts, blog articles, video scripts, newsletters) aligned with project launches and sales cycles
• Assist in managing paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, helping optimize for lead generation and ROI
• Track performance in analytics tools and help prepare monthly KPI reports with actionable insights
• Work with sales, communications, and creative teams to keep messaging consistent and deliverables on time

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or B2C sectors
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms
• Strong written and verbal English

Preferred

• Real estate or property marketing experience
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint certification
• Knowledge of real estate CRM and lead management platforms
• Video content creation or graphic design skills
