IMAAR Landscaping is a growing landscaping and contracting company specializing in softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor development projects.
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who understands lead generation, not just posting content.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a monthly digital marketing plan aligned with business goals
Define and target the right audience (residential, compounds, commercial projects)
Propose offers and campaigns that generate real inquiries (site visits, design requests)
Content Management
Create and manage a monthly content calendar
Produce and/or coordinate:
812 posts per month
46 reels per month
Stories and on-site content (phone shooting is acceptable)
Ensure consistent branding and messaging
Paid Advertising (Critical)
Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Campaign objectives: Messages, Leads, Calls
Manage ad budgets efficiently and improve cost per lead
Test audiences, creatives, and formats
Reporting & Lead Tracking
Track inquiries, messages, and lead quality
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data
Requirements (Must-Have)
25 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager
Strong background in lead generation for service-based businesses
Ability to show real case studies or results
Good understanding of local market targeting
Canva skills (or ability to brief designers clearly)
Strong communication and accountability mindset
Experience in landscaping, construction, or real estate is a strong plus

Active ad campaigns running monthly
Generation of qualified inquiries (not vanity metrics)
