Job Description:We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, generating and following up on leads, and converting potential customers into actual sales through inside sales channels, contributing to the company's growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and search engines.
- Create, publish, and monitor digital content and advertisements.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Handle incoming leads and communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Present products/services, prepare quotations, and close sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure deal completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer data on CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing and/or inside sales (preferred).
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
