Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement. This role involves managing digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, paid ads, and SEO/SEM, to achieve business objectives while analyzing performance metrics and optimizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
• Lead content creation, social media strategy, and paid advertising initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies using tools like Google Analytics.
• Mentor a digital marketing team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in corporate digital marketing, preferably within creative industries.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Arabic language ability is preferred
• Must be based out of Abu Dhabi
