Key Responsibilites:
Website:
Manages ACS website, oversees its navigation and design and optimise its effectiveness based on google analytics and evaluation to ensure it is a reliable and effective communication and recruitment channel.
Supports ACS Doha as website manager.
Manages web hosting agency and keeps abreast of updates in website requirements.
Responsible for effective SEO across ACS website ensuring effective search results across all business imperatives.
Work with IT and web agency to maintain and enhance site architecture to ensure site and data security.
Manage domain names and digital registrations.
Leads ACS PPC strategy and manages the supplier across all ACS schools, monitors performance and optimizes for future success.

Lead the development of the website as a fundraising transactional tool and implement improvements to facilitate charitable donations and other transactions as plans develop.
Email marketing & other digital programmes: Executes ACS wide email marketing campaigns (recruitment, enrolment, fundraising and shares best practice for email marketing with UK schools marketing managers and Admissions teams.
Manages digital suppliers to deliver development projects, and digital innovation to improve the customer online enquiry and application process.
Leads crm system development thinking for all schools and manages new website software integration (e.g. ambassador platform), for marketing coordinates execution with Admissions teams, and develops and updates templates/ formats for prospect marketing.
Measure and report on progress and lead budget recommendations accordingly.
Social Media:
As part of the digital team, manage social media activities working closely with colleagues and participate in editorial meetings scheduling future content across all platforms as required.
Manages Paid Social Campaigns for the schools, tracking and optimising on a regular basis.
Content Management:
As part of the digital team, ensuring content supports marketing campaigns, activities and events to support Marketing, Alumni/Fundraising, Admissions, and charitable partnerships, and HR.
Working with the Head of Brand ensures content and tone of voice is on-brand and on-message to all audiences.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
Digital specialist with experience of paid social, organic social, PPC and SEO experience, 3-4 years minimum.
Excellent analytics experience with G4 knowledge.
Previous content management experience is desirable.
Data rational with the ability to analyse, systemise and operate successfully in an environment which is still developing its processes and technical infrastructure.
Good project management skills with an eye for detail and an ability to see things through
Self-starting with curiosity.
