Role Description

B&Z United Ltd. Co. is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our office in 6th of October. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, analyzing digital performance using web analytics tools, and generating leads. The role includes strategizing to drive brand growth, improving customer engagement, and increasing online visibility while consistently meeting marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies to grow online brand presence.
• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing for content creation, audience engagement, and platform management.
• Experience with Lead Generation techniques to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
• Excellent skills in Web Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to develop creative marketing strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the cosmetics or personal care industry is a plus.
