Job Description

Contract: 12 months (renewable)

Employment: Outsourced through Manpower KSA

Role:

The Client Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing B2B client marketing programs within the CEMEA region, with a primary focus in KSA. This role supports Company's Client Marketing Services (CMS) by delivering marketing strategies, insights, and campaigns that help financial institution clients and partners achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing expertise with exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored B2B client marketing strategies aligned with company's business goals and client needs in KSA and broader CEMEA.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans, ensuring strong alignment with client objectives, product roadmaps, and market insights.
  • Partner closely with Company's internal teams including Sales, Product, CMS leadership, and regional marketing teams to jointly deliver client engagements.
  • Collaborate with client crossfunctional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product, Digital teams) to design and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Lead endtoend execution of B2B and comarketing campaigns, from concept development to delivery and postlaunch evaluation.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, creative development, and approvals while ensuring highquality outputs.
  • Analyze results, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationship management and seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services, payments, digital, or B2B environments.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, campaign analytics, and performance measurement.
