Role Summary
Responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Capstone's digital campaigns to drive qualified leads for sales and leasing. The role focuses on performance marketing, creative campaign setup, reporting, and continuous optimization across paid digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, SMS, property portals, and social platforms.
- Propose creative campaign ideas and messaging angles aligned with project objectives.
- Execute and optimize ad campaigns to maximize lead quality and ROI.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, benchmarks, and insights.
- Conduct competitor and market monitoring.
- Manage digital suppliers and media partners, including negotiations and budgets.
- Ensure proper tracking, reporting accuracy, and lead flow to sales teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years in digital/performance marketing (real estate preferred).
- Strong experience with Meta, Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
- Analytical, commercial, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
