Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Digital Strategy & Execution:

  • Define and implement the digital roadmap for websites, mobile apps, push notifications, and paid media campaigns.
  • Align digital initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.

Platform Management:

  • Oversee UX/UI optimization, technical performance, and continuous improvements for web and app platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems (in collaboration with respective managers).

Performance & Analytics:

  • Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, app downloads, engagement metrics (MAU/DAU), push notification CTR, and paid media ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to identify trends and propose enhancements to improve fan experience and conversion rates.

Vendor & Project Oversight:

  • Manage relationships with external development agencies and technology partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful execution of digital initiatives.

Innovation & Benchmarking:

  • Stay ahead of global sports digital trends and recommend new technologies or features to enhance fan engagement.

Generic Accountabilities

  • Uphold brand values and digital vision across all owned platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and performance standards.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve digital objectives.
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and fan engagement trends.
