Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end activation of digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, and owned channels.
  • Translate regional commercial strategies into executable digital and local sales campaigns. Activate omni-channel campaigns aligned to customer journey stages and commercial objectives.
  • Act as a key interface to regional and market colleagues, ensuring campaigns are executed with the right channels and messaging, campaign toolkits, activation guidance, and best practices.
  • Own campaign planning, calendars, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive ROI tracking, performance measurement, and reporting across campaigns.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and commercial objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative, messaging, formats, and targeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver regular performance dashboards, reports, and post-campaign analyses to stakeholders.
  • Act as the activation point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and data privacy standards.
  • Improve activation processes, documentation, and workflows to enable scalability and efficiency.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research or equivalent in Healthcare or Consumer Goods domain
  • You work with a high level of autonomy, translating strategic direction into consistent, high-quality digital execution across regions and markets.
  • You have solid experience in digital marketing and campaign activation, preferably in healthcare or complex B2B environments.
  • You are comfortable working in a cross-functional, international setup, closely engaging with sales, service, marketing, and regional teams.
  • You combine creative thinking with strong operational execution, planning, and optimization skills.
  • You are familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • You bring attention to detail, operational excellence, and a problem-solving, action-oriented mindset.
