Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute full-funnel marketing strategies within the real estate sector. This role will be responsible for driving qualified leads, strengthening brand presence, and supporting sales teams through high-performing digital and on-ground marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on digital marketing experience, a solid understanding of real estate lead cycles, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market
- Create and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets
- Define KPIs and measure ROI across all marketing activities
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Display Ads, and paid social campaigns
- Manage performance marketing across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Oversee CRM systems and email marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce)
- Analyse web traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality to optimise campaigns
Content Creation & Branding
- Oversee creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email, and marketing collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators as required
Website & Landing Pages
- Manage and maintain the company website
- Optimise landing pages for lead generation and SEO performance
- Liaise with developers or agencies for ongoing website improvements
Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Implement and optimise digital lead generation strategies
- Monitor lead flow, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness
- Develop lead nurturing journeys to convert enquiries into site visits and sales
Offline & On-Ground Marketing
- Coordinate marketing materials for hoardings, print ads, events, and property exhibitions
- Manage site branding and promotional activities
- Organise and promote open houses and customer engagement events
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Use data insights to refine strategy and improve future campaign performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing (with 3+ years in real estate)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM systems, and marketing automation
- Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and lead tracking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Russian language skills preferred (spoken and written)
- Open to all nationalities
Benefits
