About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth strategy across our portfolio of lifestyle dining e.g. SUSHISAMBA, Signor Sassi, Hanu, MOTT32, L'AMO, ATTIKO,
This role combines creativity, performance marketing, and data-driven decision making to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and measurable revenue through digital channels
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase reservations, footfall, and revenue across venues.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic) with clear ROI targets
- Optimize CPL, CPA, and ROAS through continuous testing and reporting
- Manage budgets and forecast performance
- Collaborate with creative teams on photoshoots, reels, and lifestyle campaigns
- Drive influencer/KOL partnerships and measure effectiveness
- Support new openings, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Execute email/CRM campaigns and guest lifecycle journeys
- Segment audiences and develop retention strategies to increase repeat visits
- Implement loyalty and database growth initiatives
- Track KPIs including bookings, traffic, conversions, and revenue attribution
- Build dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights
- Use GA4, pixels, and tracking tools to improve attribution accuracy
- Work closely with venue operations, PR, and marketing teams.
- Manage external agencies and freelancers when required
- Support multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 47+ years of digital marketing experience (hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or luxury preferred), at least 1 year in managerial capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
- Proven track record driving measurable growth (bookings/revenue/footfall)
- Experience managing multiple brands or locations
- Strong understanding of social trends, content, and influencer marketing
- CRM/email marketing experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce or similar)
- Highly analytical with strong reporting skills
- Creative mindset with commercial focus
