Location: Remote/Online

Salary Range: Attractive, Top-of-Market Salary (paid in GBP/USD)

Role Description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's team. If you're a commercially minded, analytical, and proactive professional who wants to contribute to the world of digital growth and performance marketing, while gaining experience in a company during an exciting growth phase, this could be the opportunity for you.

You'll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, driving brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across key online channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
  • Manage paid and organic marketing activities across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and content-driven campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics and tracking tools, translating data into clear actions and improvements.
  • Own budget allocation and channel performance, optimising spend, return on investment, and acquisition efficiency.
  • Work closely with design, content, sales, and leadership teams to create and launch high-performing campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee website and landing page performance, including conversion optimisation and user journey improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of target audiences, market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour.
  • Ensure all campaigns, messaging, and digital assets maintain consistency in brand positioning and tone of voice.
  • Test new channels, creatives, audiences, and growth opportunities to improve results and expand digital reach.
  • Establish clear reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance benchmarks for ongoing decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with core online marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns with clear performance outcomes across paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, conversion funnels, lead generation, and digital performance metrics.
  • Experience with reporting, attribution, and using data to drive campaign optimisation and decision-making.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently in an individual contributor role while collaborating cross-functionally when needed.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Advanced paid media optimisation and budget management.
  • Experience supporting UK/international market campaigns.
