We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong technical backgroundto fully own our digital performance, advertising, analytics, and website in-house.
What You'll Own
Paid Media & Performance
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns acrossMeta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
- Build clean account structures and optimize daily for performance & brand exposure
- Test creatives, audiences, formats, and scale what works
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up, audit, and maintainGA4, GTM, conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
- Ensure tracking accuracy and analytics hygiene across all platforms
- Create clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Website, SEO & Tech
- Manage, add changes and maintainWordPress website in-house
- Handle basic/intermediateHTML, CSS, JS, plugins, performance & security
- Owntechnical & on-page SEO, website health, and conversion optimization
CRM, Retention & Loyalty
- Build and scale CRM and loyalty programs focused on repeat orders and long-term customer value
- Design automated customer journeys across email, WhatsApp, SMS, or push notifications
- Segment users and personalize communication based on behavior and purchase data
- Track retention, performance, and customer lifetime value
Optimization & Growth
- Set KPIs, evaluate results, and reallocate budgets
- Improve funnels and overall digital presence
- Balance performance marketing with long-term brand growth
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience managingpaid mediaacross Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
- Strong ownership ofanalytics and tracking(GA4, Google Tag Manager, events, pixels, attribution)
- Proven experience building or managingCRM and loyalty initiativesfocused on retention, repeat orders, and customer lifetime value
- Ability to design and optimizeretention flows(email, WhatsApp, SMS, push where relevant)
- Experience withaudience segmentationbased on behavior and purchase data
- SolidWordPress experience, including website management and basic coding (HTML, CSS, JS, plugins)
- Strong understanding ofSEO(technical and on-page)
- Data-driven, structured mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
