Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote and can work PST time zone
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across a portfolio of e-commerce and lifestyle brand clients spanning the US and GCC markets. You'll be the day-to-day lead on email marketing, content, and influencer management — someone equally comfortable in a Klaviyo and a client strategy deck.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly multi-channel marketing strategies for client accounts
- Plan and provide creatives for paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Build and manage email marketing automations and campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation, flows, and A/B testing
- Oversee content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook
- Lead influencer strategy — sourcing, briefing, contracting, and performance tracking
- Brief and coordinate photoshoots and creative production
- Manage Shopify storefronts in coordination with client teams
- Translate brand positioning into platform-specific content strategies tailored to distinct regional audiences (US vs. GCC)
- Produce polished client-facing strategy documents, reports, and briefs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an agency
- English fluency is a must
- Proven hands-on experience with: Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify
- Strong grasp of e-commerce marketing and brand growth
- Experience managing campaigns across culturally distinct markets (US and Gulf markets strongly preferred)
- A strong visual eye — able to critique creative assets, ad visuals, landing pages, and web designs for both aesthetic quality and conversion effectiveness; can give clear, actionable design feedback
- Excellent written communication — able to write sharp, on-brand copy in English
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and translating it into strategy
- Highly organized; able to juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines
