We power millions of customer conversations monthly for leading brands in retail, ecommerce, hospitality, and financial services. We are in a growth year with clear commercial targets, enterprise customers, and expansion into GCC and UK markets on the horizon.
We need someone to build our marketing engine. Not manage an existing one build it from the ground up.
THE ROLE
You will own Tactful's content strategy, SEO programme, website development, community growth, video and podcast production pipeline, performance marketing campaigns, and email nurture workflows.
You report directly to the CEO. You will work with a founder who is deeply involved in thought leadership and market positioning but who needs someone to run the long-term marketing machine so he can focus on product, customers, and strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Content & SEO
- Build and run the editorial calendar: across blog, founder insights, case studies, and educational content in English and Arabic
- Own SEO strategy: keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimisation, and organic traffic growth
- Launch and grow a LinkedIn newsletter as a direct audience-building channel
- Turn customer success stories into published case studies and social proof assets
Website & Digital Assets
- Lead the website overhaul: Arabic version, conversion architecture, resource centre, and legacy content cleanup
- Interactive product tours, ROI calculators, and landing pages
- Build B2B review presence on G2 and Capterra through structured review collection campaigns
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram
- Build email nurture sequences for lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Track and report on pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and channel performance
Community & Video/Podcast
- Oversee production pipeline for our Arabic CX podcast and product demo videos
- Manage community growth for CX Leaders Forum (WhatsApp Community, events, member engagement)
- Build the customer advocacy programme: identifying champions, collecting reviews, coordinating testimonials
WHAT WE NEED
Required
- 3+ years in B2B marketing with at least 1 year in a SaaS or technology company
- Demonstrated experience building a content programme show us blog posts you wrote, campaigns you ran, results you achieved
- Strong English writing skills (we will test this during the process)
- Working experience with at least two of: SEO (Ahrefs/SEMrush), email marketing (HubSpot/Mailchimp), paid ads (LinkedIn/Google Ads), marketing analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously editorial calendars, website sprints, campaign launches without things falling through the cracks
- Comfort working in a startup where priorities shift and you figure things out without a manual
Strong Advantages
- Experience marketing to MENA markets, particularly Egypt, KSA, or UAE
- Arabic reading/writing ability
- Experience with video/podcast production workflows
- Understanding of CX, customer service, or contact centre industry
- Experience building a marketing function at a company doing $110M ARR
