We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to lead our paid advertising strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign structure.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven decisions.
- A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and visuals.
- Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets and ensure efficient spend aligned with KPIs.
- Set up conversion tracking, goals, and events via Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and GA4.
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices, and implement them proactively.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (minimum 5 years).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and digital funnels.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEMrush.
- Proficiency in campaign budget management and ROI tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
