Job Description:
- Develop and execute integrated content strategies aligned with brand positioning and product communication priorities
- Translate product features into clear, engaging digital storytelling for different target audiences
- Define content directions for social media, video, and campaign-based assets, working closely with creative and design teams
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and efficiency across platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital media buying across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok (where applicable), YouTube, etc.
- Manage media budgets, monitor ROI, and continuously improve performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective media planning and execution
- Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies, including Tech KOLs, Lifestyle KOLs, and KOCs
- Lead influencer sourcing, briefing, content alignment, and performance evaluation
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, campaign objectives, and local market insights
- Lead digital execution for product launches and key marketing campaigns
- Coordinate cross-functionally with local teams, regional teams, agencies, and HQ
- Track timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, smartphones, or FMCG with strong digital exposure
- Proven hands-on experience in:
- Content strategy & social media marketing
- Digital media buying & performance optimization
- Influencer / KOL marketing management
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and user behavior in the local market
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and regional teams
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Experience managing agencies and external vendors
- Background in regional or multi-market marketing projects
- Experience in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
