Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients about their travel needs, managing travel arrangements, making bookings and reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with travelers, developing itineraries, making travel arrangements, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction with their travel plans.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
