Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Officer runs paid campaigns that acquire new gifters and recipients across search, social, and app channels. The role plans and executes within the agreed channel mix and budget, optimises toward CAC and ROAS targets, and keeps landing-page and creative performance sharp. It owns the daily performance of assigned channels, and treats every dirham of spend as if the result will be felt by someone opening a gift.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and build paid campaigns across assigned channels to the agreed brief and budget.
- Manage bids, budgets, audiences, and placements toward CAC and ROAS targets.
- Run app-install and search campaigns within the channel mix set by the function.
- Optimise landing pages and creative-to-audience fit with the team.
- Keep spend pacing on plan and reallocate quickly when performance shifts.
- Performance Optimisation
- Analyse daily performance and act on CAC, ROAS, and conversion signals.
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, and bidding to improve efficiency.
- Protect attribution integrity so decisions rest on clean data.
- Document what works and feed it back into the channel playbook.
- Budget & Reporting
- Manage assigned channel budgets accurately and report spend against plan.
- Prepare clear performance reporting for the weekly acquisition review.
- Flag efficiency risks early with options, not just problems.
- Collaboration
- Work with creative and country teams on assets and localisation within scope.
- Coordinate with the analytics function on measurement and attribution.
- Escalate cross-channel dependencies and blockers promptly.
