Role Purpose: The Digital Content Officer/ Sr. Specialist supports the Digital Content Manager in the implementation and execution of content strategies across digital channels and social media platforms. They assist in creating engaging digital content, managing social media accounts, and monitoring online engagement to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This role requires strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Role Accountabilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies across various digital channels, including website, blog, email, and social media platforms.
- Create and curate engaging digital content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, images, and videos.
- Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement with the online community.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and social media activities.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and social media analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on digital content and social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to campaign innovation.
- Assist in managing relationships with external content creators, influencers, and agencies, coordinating content delivery and collaboration.
- Support the implementation of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and comments.
- Creating the graphic design of the publishing messages (content)
- Creating and publishing messages (content) for a defined audience through digital channels, including measuring impact- feeds, re-sharing etc.
- Supporting in the website content in addition to the SEO
- Support in creating and updating for all the bank's digital channels (The application, website, SMSs...etc.) content from the marketing perspective.
Level of experience and exposure needed for role:
Minimum years of experience: 1-3 Years
Technical/Professional qualifications:
- Must have: Digital Marketing
- Experience/Digital Content Management/Digital Analytics
- Preferable: Strong Arabic
Professional certification/studies [if applicable]:
- Must have: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferable: Degree in Business/Marketing/Comms
