Job Description

THE COMPANY:

Paris Paradis is the newest venue in Dubai created by the iconic Paradis Latin, the oldest French cabaret. Building on decades of expertise in staging spectacular shows, Paris Paradis brings a fresh, contemporary interpretation of the Parisian cabaret experience.

The venue combines a full restaurant offering with a high-energy cabaret show featuring dozens of performers (dancers, singers, acrobats) delivering a vibrant, immersive and unforgettable evening. To strengthen our teams, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Officer (M/F).

Paris Paradis is part of Butler Industries Lifestyle division the group's art de vivre division encompassing all hospitality, entertainment, and experiential concepts. This division includes Moma Group, a market-leading hospitality actor in France, which manages several brands and is already established in Dubai with Casa Amor, with multiple additional projects currently under development.

MISSIONS:

1. Increase the online visibility of Paris Paradis Improve and deepen the SEO strategy of the websites to maximize the online presence.

  • Maximise the visibility of Meta & Google Ads campaigns and track online bookings.
  • Boost the social media presence of the venue (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Support the production of attractive and viral content: short videos, professional photos, engaging stories.

2. Build loyalty among existing customers

  • Accelerate the CRM strategy by working on database segmentation and sending personalized newsletters, setting up automated emails and targeted SMS campaigns.
  • Encourage the collection of positive reviews on Google & TripAdvisor.

3. Support operations

  • Coordinate in-house F&B communication materials (menu updates, print or digital leaflets).
  • Lead key marketing highlights special offers and event campaigns (New Year's menus, openings, summer season, etc.) in coordination with the General Manager, Chefs.

4. Analyze et optimize

  • Monitor digital performance KPIs: customer acquisition cost, social media engagement, number of online bookings generated.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and our CRM to adjust and optimize campaigns.
  • Produce regular performance reports.

PROFILE:

  • 35 years of successful experience in a digital communication agency or on the client side, ideally within a lifestyle, hospitality, restaurant or luxury brand group.
  • International background is a strong plus: the ideal candidate has already worked in US and/or EMEA markets.
  • Strong interest in the hospitality world.
  • Team player with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
