Job Description
Elchai Group is looking for a Digital Marketing & Online Presence Intern to support the company's full online marketing presence.
This role is not only for posting on social media. We need someone who can research competitors, plan strategy, create content, write posts, support campaigns, use AI tools, and help improve Elchai's online visibility.
Responsibilites
- Research competitors and analyze their online strategy
- Support marketing and online presence strategy
- Create content ideas for LinkedIn, website, and campaigns
- Write LinkedIn posts, captions, and content outlines
- Create image and video content using AI tools
- Support carousel, short video, and basic design creation
- Help automate content creation or posting workflows, if possible
- Support podcast ideas, scripts, clips, and publishing, if possible
- Use AI tools for research, content, campaign planning, and execution
- Track which content, post, or campaign is working
- Prepare simple weekly marketing reports
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Think strategically, not only create random posts
- Research competitors and explain their strategy
- Create professional LinkedIn content
- Use AI tools for content creation, images, videos, and research
- Use Canva, CapCut, Higgsfield, Elevanlabs , Manus or similar tools
- Understand basic content automation tools or workflows
- Support podcast content creation, if possible
- Follow brand tone and professional communication
- Work on-site in Dubai
