Digital Marketing Operations & E-commerce Assistant

**This is a full-time remote position that requires working according to the Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST). 

Rebel Marketing is a Los Angeles-based digital marketing agency with 10+ years of experience working with 100+ brands across e-commerce and hospitality.

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Digital Marketing Operations & E-commerce Assistant to support web team, client operations, and the team. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support our Shopify developer — organizing website changes, updating banners, adding new products, and managing the web team's workflow
• Assist the team with Asana task management — tracking, organizing, and following up on deliverables
• Provide general operational support across client projects and internal team needs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with Shopify (store admin, product uploads, basic edits)
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
• Strong written English — especially for professional customer communication
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
