We are looking for a highly capable:

Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist

to lead and optimize the performance of our digital marketing channels and e-commerce operations.

This role is intended for candidates with hands-on experience in paid advertising, analytics, conversion optimization, and e-commerce growth — not general social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns

• Monitor ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, and campaign performance metrics

• Analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities

• Improve website conversion and customer journey

• Support SEO and digital growth initiatives

• Generate performance reports and actionable insights

• Work closely with operations and sales teams to support business growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising

• Strong understanding of analytics and conversion optimization

• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

• Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Strong English communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with fashion, luxury, or e-commerce brands

• Candidates who can demonstrate measurable campaign results and growth performance
