About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, executiondriven Digital Marketing & PR Senior Manager to lead the firm's marketing function endtoend. This role is ideal for a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional with a strong background in professional services marketing, particularly within law, consulting, or other advisory fields.
You will not be operating in isolationthere is existing support, including a social media resource and content input from partners and internal teams. However, you will be expected to take full ownership, shape the direction of the function, and build a lean, remote team over time.
The ideal candidate thrives in a practical, hands-on environment, moving seamlessly from strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Execution
- Own the end-to-end marketing and communications function for the firm.
- Build and manage a small, cost-efficient, remote marketing team.
Digital Presence & Content
- Oversee website strategy, SEO performance, and digital optimization.
- Develop a thought leadership program across practice areas.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Campaign & Performance Management
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns aligned with business development priorities.
- Track and report on digital engagement, lead generation, and visibility metrics.
PR, Media & Rankings
- Manage public relations initiatives, media engagement, and external positioning.
- Lead submissions and strategy for legal rankings and directories (Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR, etc.).
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
Profile & Qualifications
Essential Experience
- 8+ years in marketing, communications, or PR.
- Strong experience within professional services (law firm experience ideal).
- Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in visibility, brand positioning, or digital performance.
Skills & Attributes
- Fluent Arabic speaker (required).
- Execution-focused: comfortable being hands-on across content, campaigns, SEO, CRM, and analytics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the energy to build a function from the ground up.
- Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
- Experience working closely with partners, founders, or senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to Saudi Arabia.
