About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Section Head to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies across all brands and digital platforms. This pivotal role requires a combination of strategic vision, strong analytical capabilities, and creative oversight to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales performance for Lacrima Dairy Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overarching company objectives and sales targets.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms, including Google (Search/Display/YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging digital channels.
  • SEO/SEM & Content: Oversee SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to maximize organic traffic, search visibility, and conversion rates.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the social media strategy, covering content calendars, influencer collaborations, and community engagement campaigns.
  • CRM & Automation: Coordinate and execute email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM campaigns focused on customer retention and lifecycle management.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital KPIs, campaign ROI, and overall digital performance using analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Brand, IT, and Design) to ensure a unified and cohesive digital presence.
  • Market Trends: Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, e-commerce, and the FMCG landscape.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and the end-to-end management of large-scale paid advertising campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and analytical dashboards.
  • Automation Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Agency Management: Experience in managing and directing external digital agencies and freelancers.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are mandatory.
