The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid and organic channels. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, performance marketing, conversion optimization, tracking implementation, marketing automation, and website management to drive measurable business growth.
This position requires strong expertise in paid media platforms, marketing analytics, WordPress management, CRM integrations, and end-to-end digital campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies across digital channels.
• Design and optimize landing pages for conversion.
• Build multi-step funnels for B2B lead capture.
• Improve cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing operations specialist to align lead qualification criteria.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Create automated workflows (lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement).
• Segment audiences based on behavior and campaign data.
• Optimize open rates, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage integrations between website forms, CRM, and email platforms.
WordPress Website Management
• Create and manage landing pages for campaigns.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Manage website forms and lead capture mechanisms.
• Ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness.
• Implement campaign-related integrations and tracking scripts.
• Coordinate with developers if advanced customization is required.
Tracking & Analytics Management
Implement and manage:
o Google Analytics (GA4)
o Google Tag Manager (GTM)
o Meta Pixel
o LinkedIn Insight Tag
o TikTok Pixel
• Conversion tracking for all paid platforms
• Set up event tracking, goals, and custom conversions.
• Ensure accurate attribution and data consistency.
• Create performance dashboards and reports.
• Provide actionable insights based on campaign performance.
Website & Campaign Integrations
• Integrate landing pages with CRM systems.
• Set up webhook/API-based integrations when required.
• Ensure seamless data flow between ad platforms, website, and CRM
