Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, lead generation, CRM management, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and have a creative edge with basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels to drive high-quality leads.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Utilize various lead generation tools (such as LinkedIn tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to identify and capture potential clients.
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites aligned with brand strategy.
- Assist in graphic design and video editing for marketing creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Ads, social media ads, and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with other lead generation tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience in email marketing and automation tools.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
