Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement A/B testing strategies
- Track and analyze KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost
- Implement tracking using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager
- Optimize landing pages in collaboration with internal teams to improve conversion rates
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and performance analysis within relevant markets
- Collaborate closely with the creative team (designers, copywriters, and social media) to provide performance insights and guide creative direction based on campaign data and audience behavior
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or paid media, preferably in education or relevant industry
- Strong experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns based on data
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages
