Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team at Amani, a B2B SaaS provider specialising in identity verification solutions for KYC, AML, onboarding, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement within a highly specialised market.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition strategies such as content creation, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, event management, and publicity.
  • Develop and optimise lead generation initiatives to engage target audiences across the financial services, legal, and compliance sectors.

Content Development:

  • Create compelling content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and white-papers, tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Manage content curation and distribution across social media and website platforms.

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Design, implement, and analyse email campaigns and workflows using tools such as Zoho One.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyse the performance of all marketing initiatives using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise campaign performance and ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Maintain and grow the company's presence across digital channels, staying aligned with industry trends.
  • Monitor and adapt to social media trends that impact marketing strategy.

Market & Competitor Research:

  • Conduct research to identify market opportunities, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
  • Inform management of relevant trends and recommend strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

Experience & Expertise:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proficiency with Zoho One, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools is essential.
  • Demonstrable success managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Creative & Analytical Skills:

  • Highly creative with the ability to develop campaigns that inform, engage, and motivate target audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to inform decision-making.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and design tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
