We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing content publishing and scheduling across platforms, generating performance reports, monitoring trends, and implementing strategic search engine optimization (SEO) and online reputation management (ORM) tactics.
Monitor brand mentions, tags, and relevant conversations across all social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Analyze public sentiment and flag negative trends or issues that may impact the brand's reputation.
Coordinate and craft timely, sensitive, and on-brand responses to user comments, questions, or complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams (PR, legal, content, customer service) to develop crisis communication strategies and response protocols.
Maintain a real-time alert system for emerging online issues or crises.
Identify and report fake news, misinformation, impersonation accounts, or inappropriate content related to the brand.
