About Docube

We are a fast-growing healthcare startup transforming the outpatient experience in India. We provide

services to 100+ doctors and brands across 20+ specialties, serving over 5,000 patients monthly

from our 5 centers in Bangalore.

Role Objective

Take complete ownership of Organic and Performance marketing initiatives for Docube. You will drive

performance marketing, lead organic SEO growth, and actively contribute to expanding relevant

business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics & ROI: Analyze quantifiable campaign metrics, maintaining a strict focus on CAC, LTV, and overall business impact.
  • Creative & Content: Manage end-to-end content and creative pipelines to ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging.
  • Workflow Optimization: Bring a data obsession to the role; continuously evaluate and eliminate bottlenecks within marketing and user workflows.
  • Growth Execution: Design, execute, and iterate on both paid acquisition campaigns and organic search strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team and cross-functional departments to align strategies and achieve core growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years with a proven track record in performance marketing and SEO, ideally within Healthtech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech startups.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly proficient with marketing analytics and tracking tools; your decisions are rooted in data.
  • T-Shaped Marketer: Deep understanding of paid and organic growth, with a solid grasp of content creation and campaign management.
  • Startup DNA: Highly agile, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in a high-ownership environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and create compelling marketing storylines.
  • Independent Execution: Highly organized and capable of operating autonomously to hit growth targets.
