The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital media, analytics, and online brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content and campaign materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports.
Content & Social Media
- Support social media calendar planning and daily posting across platforms.
- Assist in creating basic content (captions, visuals coordination, simple edits).
- Track engagement levels and flag opportunities for improvement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Extract and analyze data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Prepare insights and recommendations based on campaign results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English
