Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage & execute campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google & Linkedin, have a clear methodology concerning customer acquisition.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and automate the performance metrics of digital marketing efforts, measuring ROI and results against established KPIs
- Work on media plans with clear budget allocation and KPIs.
- Experience in building end-to-end customer journeys and relevant campaigns to drive acquisition
- Experience with paid social campaigns that measure conversions and optimizing towards KPI goals.
- Data Reporting and Insights Sharing: Produce and analyze digital marketing analytics reports, sharing actionable insights with the team to inform optimization strategies
- Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them when appropriate.
- Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with agencies and third party agencies and handlers in order to secure a smooth and efficient work flow and maintain smooth deadlines.
Qualifications
- Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing/business
- Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Technological Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various online marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC, Media Buying, websites CMS)
Ability to execute and optimize campaigns on digital channels (Meta, Google and other social media platforms)
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Management, Google Search Console)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines SNS platforms and systems.
