Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Plan and execute B2B-focused media buying campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a strict focus on ROI and lead quality.
- Regional Strategy: Leverage your knowledge of the GCC market to tailor campaigns that resonate with businesses in KSA, UAE, and beyond.
- Social Media Management: Oversee organic and paid social presence using tools like Zoho Social or Buffer to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Sheets (advanced level) and Google Analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for senior management.
- B2B Content Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging B2B assets (whitepapers, case studies, videos) that attract corporate clients.
- Full-Funnel Management: Manage SEO, SEM, and email marketing automation to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Agility: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and market changes in our fast-paced, fail-fast-fix-faster environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven digital marketing experience specifically within the GCC area.
- Niche Expertise: Strong background in B2B marketing (lead generation vs. just brand awareness).
- Technical Stack: * Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in SMM tools (e.g., Zoho, Buffer).
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization are a must).
- Soft Skills: A numbers-first mindset, flexibility to change, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup.
- Communication: Exceptional English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Compensation & Work Environment
Location: Remote (Egypt-based).
Salary: $400 USD per month.
Work Schedule (KSA Time): Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8 hours/day) - Sunday: 4 hours/day.
