The Senior Officer Digital & Brand Marketing is responsible for strengthening malomatia's brand presence and leading digital marketing initiatives that support business growth, market leadership, and customer engagement. The role focuses on developing and executing integrated digital and brand strategies that enhance brand equity, increase visibility across key
digital channels, and deliver measurable business impact, while translating malomatia's digital transformation, IT services, and technology solutions into compelling brand narratives and high-performing campaigns. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and leadership, the Senior Officer ensures consistent brand messaging, effective campaign
execution, and data-driven optimization aligned with corporate objectives, requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical insight, as well as a solid understanding of B2B and B2G marketing environments, long sales cycles, and technology-driven customer journeys.
Responsibilities:
Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, digital dashboard, marketing automation platforms).
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO/SEM, paid media, social platforms, email marketing.
Demonstrates strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and brand management
Qualifications:
Digital & Brand Marketing - Minimum experience of 5-8 years in digital marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing communications, preferably within ICT, digital services, or B2G sectors.
Operational Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and business growth.
2. Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks to measure campaign success, analyze outcomes, and translate data into actionable insights that enhance ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
3. Develop, strengthen, and safeguard a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with malomatia's brand values, positioning, and corporate messaging.
4. Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to conceptualize and deliver compelling brand assets, campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and visual content that effectively engage target audiences.
5. Oversee end-to-end content strategy, including planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across key digital channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and corporate websites.
6. Ensure all digital content adheres to established brand guidelines and clearly communicates malomatia's value propositions, services, and thought leadership in education, consulting, and professional services.
7. Monitor, analyze, and interpret digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics dashboards.
8. Prepare and present regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights with strategic recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors, including media partners, creative agencies, and digital service providers, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and deliverables are met.
10. Plan, manage, and optimize digital and brand marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency, optimal resource allocation, and maximum return on investment.
11. Track marketing project timelines, milestones, and outcomes to ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational objectives and business targets.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the Marketing & Communication function, as directed by senior management.
