We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage comprehensive digital strategies for a real estate business and online platform across the GCC markets. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing platform traffic, and supporting both B2B and B2C marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant digital channels.
- Lead Generation: Focus on generating high-quality leads specifically for real estate sales, rentals, and property listings.
- Optimization & Analytics: Monitor KPIs including Cost per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to optimize performance.
- SEO & Visibility: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for the real estate platform.
- Content Coordination: Manage the creation of digital content, including property listings, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with property promotions and coordinate with designers/developers to optimize landing pages.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on GCC real estate trends and competitor digital strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for management featuring actionable insights and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or GCC markets.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with CRM systems for lead nurturing and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
