Role Description

Location: Jordan / Egypt (Remote) Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience who understands marketing from A to Z. Not just social media. Not just performance marketing. This is a strategy-first role for someone who loves building marketing plans, analyzing data, improving funnels, and supporting both the creative and performance teams. If you are someone who thinks before executing, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with our performance, creative, and content teams to drive strategic growth for clients.

Strategy and Funnels

  • Build complete marketing strategies and funnels
  • Audit ad accounts, websites, content, and brand messaging
  • Develop value propositions, audience insights, and messaging angles
  • Support in building offers and funnel structures

Creative and Brand Support

  • Brainstorm hooks, angles, and creative ideas
  • Support the performance team with data-driven creative recommendations
  • Help guide content direction for better organic and paid results

Dashboards and Monthly Reporting You must know how to build and manage dashboards using Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, AgencyAnalytics, or other reporting tools. You will:

  • Create clean monthly reports
  • Analyze performance data
  • Present insights and actions clearly to the team

Light Execution (Secondary) Execution is not your main role, but you should be comfortable with:

  • Editing or launching campaigns when needed
  • Troubleshooting tracking or setup issues

Digital Marketing Knowledge

You should have a good understanding of:

  • SEO and keyword research
  • GA4 and tracking basics
  • CRO and landing page best practices
  • Customer journey and funnel psychology
  • Competitor and market research
