Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Strategist (Performance & Growth) is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing initiatives that support the company's brand visibility, lead generation, and overall business growth. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution across digital channels, including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content management, social media, and performance analysis.
Working in a remote, part-time setup, the Digital Marketing Strategist is expected to manage campaigns, monitor marketing performance, and optimize strategies to ensure measurable results while maintaining consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1.Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and growth targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and online engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide marketing initiatives.
2. Campaign Management & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results and return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
3.SEO & SEM Strategy
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website and landing page content for search engines.
- Monitor search performance and recommend improvements to increase rankings and traffic.
4.Content & Social Media Management
- Manage digital content initiatives including website updates, blog posts, and social media campaigns.
- Plan and schedule social media content to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
5.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
- Monitor key metrics such as traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
- Experience managing digital campaigns and marketing performance across multiple platforms.
