Digital marketing supervisor

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our Marketing team and oversee the execution of digital marketing activities across our real estate portfolio.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution and continuous digital performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

* Coordinate with media buying, creative, content, and web teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

* Manage the digital marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

* Work closely with the Brand team to align digital activities with marketing objectives.

* Oversee website updates and ensure digital assets are accurate and up to date.

* Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners when needed.

* Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.

* Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in the real estate industry.

* Strong understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

* Experience working with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio is a plus.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
