Position Title: Digital Marketing Team Lead

Location: Egypt, Cairo preferred

Ready to take on this challenge You'll need:

Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams with measurable results.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong background in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across multiple channels (digital, social, offline).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both

English and Arabic.

Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and market segmentation.

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.

Experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve KPIs and overall business objectives.

Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Oversee content creation and distribution strategies to maximize audience reach and engagement.

Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROl.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand competitive.

Report regularly to senior management on campaign performance, team progress, and market insights.
