We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Media Manager to lead end-to-end media strategy across brands and the AGM portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing media planning, execution, budget management, and optimization to maximize campaign impact and business performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital media, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to develop effective channel and content strategies in collaboration with media agencies and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across brands and the AGM portfolio.
- Manage end-to-end media planning, execution, optimization, and budget allocation to ensure maximum ROI and business impact.
- Partner with media agencies to develop effective channel strategies, media plans, and content recommendations aligned with brand objectives.
- Drive digital media excellence across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and continuously optimize media effectiveness through analytics and data-driven insights.
- Negotiate with media agencies and partners to secure the best commercial value and media opportunities for the group.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between media strategies and business goals.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Stay updated on emerging digital platforms, technologies, and media best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital media, media planning, or performance marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, media strategy, and campaign optimization.
- Proven experience managing media agencies, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in media and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
- Experience working across multiple brands or portfolios is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaboration and execution capabilities with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
