Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all platforms (social media, websites, paid media, email campaigns).
  • Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee all social media accounts for the group and its subsidiaries.
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business priorities.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  • Coordinate with media agencies to plan and execute campaigns (digital & offline).
  • Optimize media spend to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Manage website updates, user experience, and SEO optimization.
  • Coordinate development of digital content (articles, reports, videos, campaigns).
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations in all published content.
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to management. • Use data analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for digital and media agencies.
  • Evaluate agency performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage SLAs and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing and media management.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business, programmatic ads, SEO/SEM).
