The roleWe're looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Lead to own and grow our sales pipeline. This role is about opening doors, closing deals, and building revenue, not admin work or client servicing.
You'll be responsible for selling digital marketing and media solutions to brands and agencies, building long-term relationships, and hitting clear revenue targets.
Key responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Identify and approach new clients (brands & agencies)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Present digital marketing solutions clearly and confidently
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after closing
- Maintain basic CRM hygiene and sales reporting
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What we're looking for- 36+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably in:
- Digital marketing
- Media buying
- Advertising or tech services
- Proven ability to close deals, not just generate leads
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable talking to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-driven, organized, and accountable
Nice to have- Existing network of brands or agencies
- Experience selling performance media, social, programmatic, or tech solutions
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
