Job Summary:
The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing and social media strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing goals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trend-driven, and able to translate insights into effective digital actions. They will also support website updates, keyword research, and ensure consistent communication with both internal teams and clients to deliver successful digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing social media marketing campaigns.
- Creating engaging social media content following the latest social media trends.
- Managing graphics, animation and design team visual assets development for Social media and websites.
- Following up key market players and analyzing their work.
- Preparing SM post-plan presentation in a suitable format.
- Creating competition reports.
- Scheduling, posting on social media using centralized business tools or direct social media manager tools.
- Tracking community management with moderation and analyzing situations while keeping eyes on the pulse of pages.
- Reading and creating reports about page performance.
- Coordinating work of different team members for campaigns executions.
- Researching and implementing market trends and best B2B social media practices.
- May be involved in promotion materials design briefing and supervising artwork with designers and art directors
- Implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Communicating effectively with customers.
- Updating website content with latest news
- Reading website analytics reports and concluding findings.
- Researching and suggesting features and ideas for websites updates for better marketing results
- Researching keywords with tools to reach best nominated keywords.
Qualifications :
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills.
- Experience from 2-4 years
- Social Media Content Creation abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in Marketing.
- Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
- High communication skills and team work attitude.
- Agile personality with growth mindset progressive.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus.
